Valenna Health provides licensed massage therapy services focused on improving mobility, reducing strain, and supporting long-term physical function.

All services are individualized and may vary based on each client’s presentation, history, and response to care.

Services are provided within the scope of licensed massage therapy and do not include medical diagnosis or medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to consult with a physician or other qualified healthcare provider when appropriate.

Nature of Care

Care at Valenna Health is structured, assessment-led, and based on how the body moves and functions over time.

Sessions are not provided as spa or relaxation-based massage. The focus is on targeted, individualized work designed to address specific patterns, restrictions, and functional limitations.

Outcomes

Most clients experience meaningful improvement in mobility, discomfort, and overall function. However, outcomes vary based on individual factors, including health history, consistency of care, and adherence to recommendations.

No specific results are guaranteed.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, including injuries, medical conditions, and any changes in status.

Clients are also responsible for:

• communicating relevant symptoms or changes
• following recommendede home care or movement guidance when applicable
• scheduling appropriatelt based on their goals and current condition

Failure to disclose or communicate relevant information may impact the effectiveness and safety of care.

Scheduling & Payments

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

Clients are responsible for selecting appointment times that allow for appropriate recovery, particularly when planning around physically demanding activities or events.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve individual sessions and series. Remaining balance is due at the time of the visit.

Cancellations

Appointments are subject to the Cancellation Policy, including required notice and applicable fees. This policy is available on this website and applies to all scheduled sessions.

Plans & Packages

Plans are purchased with the intention of completing the included sessions.
