This policy applies to appointments, deposits, cancellations, promotional packages, and refunds at Valenna Health. By booking an appointment or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.

Scheduling & Deposits

Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

A $50 deposit is required to reserve an appointment and is applied toward the scheduled service. Any remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment.

Cancellations & Appointment Changes

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or reduce the scheduled duration of an appointment.

• 24 hours or more: No cancellation fee

• 6 to 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service fee

• Less than 6 hours or a missed appointment: 100% of the scheduled service fee

The $50 deposit will be applied toward any cancellation fee owed. Any remaining cancellation balance must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

When an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, any deposit paid will be refunded or may be retained as credit at the client’s request.

Late Arrivals

Appointments will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of late arrival, and the full scheduled service fee will apply.

Additional time may be accommodated when scheduling permits but is not guaranteed.

Promotional Packages

Valenna Health may periodically offer prepaid service packages at promotional rates. Package availability, included services, and promotional pricing are determined at the time of purchase.

Promotional package pricing is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. During that period, eligible services are applied at the promotional rate stated at the time of purchase.

The amount paid toward a package does not expire. After 12 months, any unused paid value remains available and will be applied toward services at the standard rates then in effect.

Package Refunds

A client may discontinue a promotional package and request a refund of the unused balance at any time.

Upon cancellation of a package, completed services will be recalculated at the standard individual rate that was in effect when each service was provided.

The cost of completed services will be deducted from the original amount paid. The remaining unused balance will then be refunded.

Refunds for Individual Appointments

Payments for individual appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for refund.

Cancellation fees described in this policy will be deducted from any amount eligible for refund when applicable.
