We’re hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist
in Hallandale Beach, FL
You’ll start with four weeks of paid, hands-on training alongside Geneva, our lead practitioner – then move into your own client roster.
No clinical experience is needed. You’ll learn to assess with purpose, treat with intention, and understand why each treatment choice matters.

Valenna Health specializes in orthopedic manual therapy for pain, mobility restrictions, muscular imbalance, and posture.
Our work is individualized and assessment-driven. Rather than relying on any single modality, we draw from deep tissue massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular and trigger-point therapies, assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and biomechanical and postural correction.
The practice has been built through more than 16 years and 14,000 clinical and continuing education hours, with over 150 five-star reviews across Canada and the US.
Our emphasis is on thoughtful treatment, client education, and meaningful progress.
Weeks 1–4 — Two shifts per week, three 90-minutes bookings per shift. You’ll work with six clients total, each returning four times over the month.
Geneva is in the room with you for every session, showing you how we decide what to check, what to treat that day, and how a plan develops over a course of care.
After training — You’ll work independently, with the same clients if they choose to continue and new clients we book for you. For the first several months, Geneva oversees the caseload and stays available for questions, guidance, and case recommendations.
Every session is built around what the assessment finds. Your day-to-day:
-Client history intake and assessment.
-Recognizing muscular, fascial, joint, postural, and movement restrictions.
-Deciding what to prioritize and how to structure each session.
-Selecting and combining techniques intentionally
-Adapting treatment based on what you observe and how tissues respond.
-Communicating findings and treatment goals clearly.
-Homecare and biomechanical recommendations.
-Treatment planning across weeks and months.
-Charting and documentation.
-Maintaining professional, sanitation, and practice standards.
The goal isn’t just to add more techniques to your toolbox. It’s to get better at knowing what to do, why you’re doing it, and when to change course.
This role is built for someone early in their career who wants real mentorship rather than being handed a schedule and left to figure it out.
You’ll thrive here if you’re curious about anatomy, biomechanics, and movement, and want to understand not just how to perform a technique but when and why to adapt it for the person in front of you.
If you have your own background in movement — yoga, Pilates, stretching, strength training, athletics — that translates well here.
You’ll also do well if you take pride in careful work, welcome detailed feedback, and enjoy thinking through problems rather than moving faster or seeing more clients.

Training (first four weeks)
$30/hour · Two 6-hour shifts per week.
After training
$40/hour · Four 6-hour shifts per week.
A fifth shift might be available.
You’re paid for all scheduled time on site — prep, breaks between sessions, charting, and room turnover included. Actual hours vary with bookings.
Send your resume and a short note about why this role interests you, and anything about your background — movement, fitness, or otherwise — that shapes how you approach hands-on work.
Thank you to everyone who applies — only candidates we feel are a strong fit will be contacted.
